  • 1.     Voted for HB 21 removing the requirement for charter schools to operate for 3- years before they are eligible for lease reimbursement.

    2.     Supported the K-12 ECA Wyoming.  K-12 funding is #1 in the 8-state region and 12th in the Country.

    3.     Voted for section 332 of the Budget bill providing mental health grants to school districts

    4.     In the Joint Conference Committee for the Budget Bill as Chairman I directed the funding for an additional charter school in the western half of Wyoming.
