It was fun to have part of my family attend the grand opening of the capitol after the renovation was completed. My oldest daughter Jessica Martineau, her husband James and their two daughters Ada, and Ella joined us. It was a privilege to have young Ella set at my desk in the House chambers and give her grandfather a stern look and some well needed advice.
